Ex International and Bronze Commonwealth Medalist
MY BACKGROUND
I started playing Table Tennis aged 11 years and quickly fell in love with the sport. I played for Kent County as a junior and represented Scotland at the Junior European Championships as their Number 1 and National Champion.
MY ACHIEVEMENTS
I played Senior County for both Surrey and Sussex as their number 1. Won several open tournaments including the Sussex Open and the Greek International Open. Played Internationally at senior level as Scotlands number 1 competing at Commonwealth, European and World Championship level over a period of 12 years. With a highlight of winning a Bronze Commonwealth Medal in1989. I retired from playing Table Tennis in 1994. At the World Championships, Chiba, Japan 1991 I was honoured by Swaythling Club international the Prestigious Richard Bergman “Fair Play” award.

MY QUALIFICATIONS
Table Tennis is inclusive and skilful and is a sport that will last a lifetime.
I run coaching sessions at The Limpsfield Club for adults and juniors of all standards from beginners to those that compete. I also coach in schools and deliver individual coaching sessions.
